How to register — short guide
- Download the DBE guidance PDF and the correct provincial application form below.
- Prepare certified copies: parent ID, learner birth certificate, proof of residence, recent school report or assessment documents, transfer letter where applicable.
- Complete the form (one form per learner). Use the SAVE feature on PDF editors where possible.
- Email the completed form and attachments to the provincial address listed on the form. Follow up for acknowledgement.
- After verification you will receive an official registration letter/certificate from the provincial coordinator.
